Saturday we went up wildcat canyon to the wildhorse lookout. It was cloudy (again) windy and rain on us, but was fun anyway.We started a fire to warm up before we came back down. Not a good picture taking day ,but tried some anyway.

The view looks fabulous, and clouds or no, I think that second to last shot is beautiful and a true keeper. (in fact the clouds are part of what makes it nice)
It looks like you saw some lovely views. I agree with Celiac about the 2nd to last shot.
I need a nice toasty outfit like Peg has there - for just those "brisk" kinds of days!

they are ,its an old cook stove and they are in the oven. you can still go in and use the it if you want . the last time it was used, that i know of was a few year ago when they were watching falcons they released up there.
I can't believe you want to stay overnight there. Mom looks cold. You better wait until next summer. Beautiful view.
Yes, Peggy does look cold. I looks like it was an amazing drive though. You always feel on top of the world when you get up that high.
That picture of Peggy made me chuckle...poor cold lady :( Definately some great pictures...I like the one with the clouds....you are on top of the world!
