Saturday we went up wildcat canyon to the wildhorse lookout. It was cloudy (again) windy and rain on us, but was fun anyway. We started a fire to warm up before we came back down. Not a good picture taking day ,but tried some anyway.

It must have been cold, it looks like Peggy's feet are actually IN that stove. (:

Does anyone still use that place, and if so what for?

The view looks fabulous, and clouds or no, I think that second to last shot is beautiful and a true keeper. (in fact the clouds are part of what makes it nice)

It looks like you saw some lovely views. I agree with Celiac about the 2nd to last shot.
I need a nice toasty outfit like Peg has there - for just those "brisk" kinds of days!
Nice shots, cloudy or not....

I can't believe you want to stay overnight there. Mom looks cold. You better wait until next summer. Beautiful view.

Yes, Peggy does look cold. I looks like it was an amazing drive though. You always feel on top of the world when you get up that high.
