Peg and i went for a ride saturday to look for some fall colors. We went up and did the basin loop. The colors were much better than last year. Should have went a few days before to get them at their peak.

WOW! You certainly DID find some fall colors! Those are fantastic shots! We didn't get very good colors this fall :0(

Better late than not at all. There are a few gems in there. What is weird is that it looks like the sky is a little hazy, and usually the fall is so crisp and blue there.
Are there fires or something?
Regardless I think the pics are cool, and they look like heaven to me down here in 103 degrees.

yes it was a little smokey,but some of it is from shooting into the sun.
I love the contrast in these pictures. They are awesome
