Randy and i went riding saturday up to Broad canyon, Starhope area in copper basin. The pictures are to show how deep we were sinking in the powder. One is of Randy stuck and taking a breather after we got him unstuck. If you look close on the mountain picture there is five snow slides. So we didn't do much climbing not that we could have.

WOW!!! That's some impressive snow! Diggin out of that must have gotten your heartrates up a bit. Looks like a beautiful day. Glad you got some time together and were able get some nic pics and return home safely.
Hoping you might be able to take your citykid nephews out for a ride when we come down in Feb for a visit. Looks fun though.
How do you get un-stuck from something like that?
If the snow is above the machine it seems un-doable.
I'm glad you didn't "climb"... that is the part that always mentally freaks me out.
Avalanche!
Hope you have more good days up there before the winter is over. Be safe, take pictures, then post them. (:
That looks like alot of snow and alot of work. Glad you took Randy. You got a good workout that day.
That is alot of powder! Thanks for taking my dad. I know he love it, even if he has a tendency to ruin your machines. ;)
Looks like two boys having fun with their toys..glad you were able to go have some fun. That's a lot of snow :)
